I removed the casing of the microwave. I plugged in the new motherboard (about 6-7 connections) and it still wasn't working. I called Appliancepartspros and the kind gentleman helped me figure out the problem, one connection wasn't in all the way. My microwave works! This is my best shopping experience in years!
