I watched the video provided by the company and was able to remove the old timer and knob with the new parts in about 15 minutes. The new parts worked perfectly. Totally zapped my finger taking off a wire. Whoops. One Phillips, one flathead and one hex key for the inner screw. Took 7 minutes if you don’t count the time I used hunting for our hex keys.
