How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2033716 / WB56K20 Window Pack

Simple! I located the model number of the appliance, entered that number on AppliancePartsPros.com and located the replacement glass. When I removed the door, I discovered that there are actually 3 panels of glass. There's the glass that is part of the outer door and then there are two other panes of glass separated by a metal frame that is sandwiched between the outer and inner door sections. Only one of the inner panes of glass had shattered, so I thought what I would receive would just be that one pane. However, I not only received that both panes, but the mental frame as well. I was able to repair the door and reinstall it within a few minutes. 

Ordered glass on Monday, received it on Tuesday, job done by Tuesday night. 

I called the parts connection and order the glass, watched the video on how to do it... Even though My oven door was different than the video the replacement only took 20 minutes and worked great.... Very happy! Did need to buy new screw drivers as it was not standard Phillips or straight...
