How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2033716 / WB56K20 Window Pack

I found AppliancePartsPros.com online. With the model number I was able to find the part that I needed quickly, at a very reasonable price, and even found a "how-to" video; which was very helpful. The parts came quickly and looked just like the video said they would, so I followed the instructions. The only difference was, I had to capture all of the broken pieces of glass so I completed the project on top of a painter's tarp and had a vacuum available as needed. Everything went smoothly and my oven was back in order quicker than if I waited for the expensive repair man. 

I bought a window pack from AppliancePartsPros.com Took the oven door off. Covered the kitchen table with cloth and changed the glass out. 

My GE oven is over 20 years old. so I wasn’t sure if I would find the correct part. I called support for help and we found the part and ordered it. I paid for 2-day delivery since I was having a large party and it arrived on time. I watched a few videos on how to replace this. My door had the screws in different places but after figuring that out, the repair was very easy. It took about 45 minutes from start to end. 

Thanks to the repair video, I was able to install a new window pack.

The video you provided on the website for the replacement window showed what I needed to do. A few screws were located differently on my oven door but it was the correct part, looked exactly like the old one. I didn't need a Torx 15 drive, all the screws were Phillips or 1/4" hex. I did wear gloves when working with the glass, just as advised in the video. I'm very happy with the results. 

Very smoothly, easy fix and the parts came exactly as they said they would.
