The grease filters were very easy to replace. You just grasp the small handle on the filter, slide backward until it clears the front lip support, pull slightly down and forward. Installing the new one is just the reverse of the removal process.
The charcoal filter is slightly more difficult. You must remove the two outer screws on the upper front of the microwave and rotate the grill housing forward. I opened the door of the microwave to give me more room. The grill housing left tab was difficult to get loose because there was a burr on the tab where the screw attached it to the body of the microwave. I had to pull with some force to get it out. Once the grill housing is removed you just slide out the old filter and then slide in the new filter. Reinstall the grill housing in the reverse of removing it. I removed the burr and lubricated the tab to make it slide in easier and have the screw hole on the tab line up with the screw hole on the microwave body.
