After receiving two replacement Icemakers from other companies with the wrong wiring harness, I tried you guys and received the correct unit. Your agent was very patient and helpful. He gave me a link to your website where I could view the unit and confirm the connection I needed, which was a 10 pin wiring harness was present. Once I had the unit I attempted to install it, but I was doing everything wrong for about 20 minutes, very frustrating!
