How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP5785752 / EBR74164805 Electric Range Power Control Board Assembly

We had the same problem within the one year warranty period. At that time an LG tech came and replaced the relay board to fix the problem. So I ordered a relay board from AppliancePartsPros, and replaced the board myself. Saved about $175. Oven and broiler now work fine. 

Inspection of elements was OK, tested fine. Relay board had burned connection. Replaced board and connector, works perfect again. 

I called your store and talked to a really nice lady. I got the part on Friday before Thanksgiving. The repairman didn't show up. I called your place back and asked about installing it ourselves. Again taking with another very friendly lady. Looked at your part number and she recommended we take a photo of it before we take the old one out. It was very easy diy thankful for all your help 

Ohmed the bake element. ohmed the thermostat. Checked the relay with the relay test menu, it didn't heat when the relay was on. Hoped it was the oven relay board and not the cable bundle or upper relay board. Got lucky and it was. 

Bought a new PCB and installed it. Perfect fit and the oven seems to be fine now. 

I replaced the PCB board and replaced connections at relays.
