No oven, all burners worked, no code

Inspection of elements was OK, tested fine. Relay board had burned connection. Replaced board and connector, works perfect again.

My oven stop working 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Our local repair person was kinda useless they did give me the part number.

I called your store and talked to a really nice lady. I got the part on Friday before Thanksgiving. The repairman didn't show up. I called your place back and asked about installing it ourselves. Again taking with another very friendly lady. Looked at your part number and she recommended we take a photo of it before we take the old one out. It was very easy diy thankful for all your help

Oven wouldn't heat on bake broil worked convection element came on

Ohmed the bake element. ohmed the thermostat. Checked the relay with the relay test menu, it didn't heat when the relay was on. Hoped it was the oven relay board and not the cable bundle or upper relay board. Got lucky and it was.
