At that time an LG tech came and replaced the relay board to fix the problem. So I ordered a relay board from AppliancePartsPros, and replaced the board myself. Saved about $175. I called your store and talked to a really nice lady. I got the part on Friday before Thanksgiving. The repairman didn't show up. I called your place back and asked about installing it ourselves. Again taking with another very friendly lady. Looked at your part number and she recommended we take a photo of it before we take the old one out. Checked the relay with the relay test menu, it didn't heat when the relay was on. Hoped it was the oven relay board and not the cable bundle or upper relay board. Got lucky and it was.
