Dawn S East Liverpool , OH November 30, 2020 My oven stop working 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Our local repair person was kinda useless they did give me the part number. I called your store and talked to a really nice lady. I got the part on Friday before Thanksgiving. The repairman didn't show up. I called your place back and asked about installing it ourselves. Again taking with another very friendly lady. Looked at your part number and she recommended we take a photo of it before we take the old one out.
