I followed the troubleshooting procedures in the handout (in an envelope taped to the back of the oven). It included wiring diagrams and troubleshooting info. For example, all of the sensors and convection motors with resistance readings. Mine were all within range of the listings. After viewing several YouTube videos I determined the (flex) control board was out. I located it here after consulting with an AppliancePartsPros advisor. So, I ordered an upper oven sensor since it was barely within borderline specs of the resistance range. Also, I ordered the control board since that seemed to be the only thing left that really can't be analyzed with any kind of test. I installed the sensor first and started the oven. It did not come on correctly. The oven would cycle on and off. Confirming this by listening for the relay on the control board to click on & off. Also, by using a voltmeter across the oven heater leads. I saw the 240 volts come on when the relay kicked in but then it would go right back off continuously. The oven was barely heating up. I then replaced the control board. Success. The oven and broiler both worked and heated up fast. Thanks, AppliancePartsPros.com. I did find the board at another website but that one was twice as much.
