How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5653328 / DE92-03045F Assy Pcb Main;Led,Oas-Ag

I got this error code when roasting some watery vegetables (summer squash and zucchini) which created too much steam in the oven. I got the error code and could not clear it (may have shorted the pcb?) When unplugging the unit and waiting did not work, I replaced the printed control board (pcb). It was very easy and the stove is back to normal. 

After reading other peoples posts on here and asking the Parts Pro (who emailed me back in a day or so), I ordered the new PCB Main Board and installed it yesterday. Install was very easy, the only connection that could be a little tricky was one ribbon cable on the left side of the board, be careful as the black connector does not completely pull out, it just pulls out a little bit to release the ribbon cable. The new board has the same connector on it also, so just slide the ribbon cable into the new one and press it back in to fasten. The oven works like new again!! Lets see how long this part will last, hopefully many years. 

At first look, I believed the keypad membrane was defective. Ordered a new one and installed it. The problem persisted. Next, component was the PCB (Main control board). Ordered a new one, installed it, and the problem is resolved. Very easy to install.

We ordered several parts from appliance parts pros and we were able to fix the oven. Anyone who owns a samsung appliance knows that ONLY samsung can order repairs to be done. NONE of our local repir shops would touch our stove. We would have had to have a service call via samsung (out of warranty so expensive) and the wait time is 4-6 weeks. We were able to diagnose the issue with the help of the online chat, ordered the parts, installed them myself, and we know have a working oven! 

Found the technician service manual taped to the inside back cover of the unit. Followed the procedures in testing the heating elements and related components. Ordered the pcb assembly, it arrived in 2 days, installed it in about 15 minutes and oven works like brand new. 

Received control panel, installed, and nothing! I reviewed the picture I took of the wiring and confirmed all connections were correct. Still no power on the new control panel. I call customer service and spoke with a tech regarding this issue. I was sent another control panel with the thinking the first was defective. I also ordered a new membrane due to some of the buttons not working. A few days later, I received both items, installed, closed up the back of the range, and now ready for the big test. Plugged in the power cord, and YES! All is good! All the buttons work. Totally satisfied with your customer service department. 

Replaced with a new board. Simple job! 

Replaced the main board. 

First I took digital photos of the connections to the original board installation after disconnecting the power. From there I removed the old board by removing two additional screws, inserted the new board, reconnected all wire connectors using the photos as a guide, then reinstalled the metal cover on the back of the range.
