Robert G Bourbonnais , IL March 21, 2017 Oven not heating properly We ordered several parts from appliance parts pros and we were able to fix the oven. Anyone who owns a samsung appliance knows that ONLY samsung can order repairs to be done. NONE of our local repir shops would touch our stove. We would have had to have a service call via samsung (out of warranty so expensive) and the wait time is 4-6 weeks.
