How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4154927 / DA67-01701A Refrigerator Center Cap For French Door Models

I did like your video. I open the case take out and I cut the wire to replace the case and solder back and put shrink where I solder and put everything back together and work fine 

I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com using their easy schematics. Parts arrived in less than a week and then I watched their informative video. It was easy after that and now the flap works like new. The only caveat I would have included was having to redo the spring on the bottom hinge which is the one that was broken on my door. I will definitely be using AppliancePartsPros.com in the future

I bought the part from appliance pros and watched the YouTube video. This made the repair very simple. I had my 11 year old son help and we finished in about 20 minutes. Videos on YouTube are very helpful and shipping was fast and as promised 

I watched the video your website and ordered the parts. When I received the parts I watched the video again and went to work. Your video was 4:22 minutes, mine took a little longer but video really helped. I will use your company again when the time comes. Thanks for the help. 

Removed the caps on the upper and lower hinges and the two screws of the middle hinge. Removed the wire spring on the lower hinge. Lifted and tilted the mullion enough to remove the broken top hinge and install the new hinge. Installed the door mullion on the upper and lower hinges. and re-installed the two screws on the center hinge. Installed the upper and lower caps, locking in the hinges. Re-installed the wire spring. 

Purshased parts from you, watched You Tube video and 5 minutes later was done. Easy job once I was shown which way the spring went in.
