I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com using their easy schematics. Parts arrived in less than a week and then I watched their informative video. It was easy after that and now the flap works like new.
The only caveat I would have included was having to redo the spring on the bottom hinge which is the one that was broken on my door.
