How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4141349 / DA61-03230B Refrigerator French Door Hinge

I watched the video your website and ordered the parts. When I received the parts I watched the video again and went to work. Your video was 4:22 minutes, mine took a little longer but video really helped. I will use your company again when the time comes. Thanks for the help. 

After carefully examining the door and determining that one of the door flap hinges was broken, I did a Google search and quickly found the replacement part at a reasonable price on the Appliance Parts Pro web site, along with a terrific video that showed me exactly how to easily replace the broken hinge. When the parts arrived a few days later, I simply followed the video instructions and the repair was completed with no hassle in about 20 minutes!

After viewing the video about replacing the hinges I didn't need to buy the complete flapper door I just bought a couple parts for under 20 dollars. Big difference than buying the complete flapper door. Great job Appliance Parts Pros. Couldn't have done it without your video. Thanks.

When I received parts I fixed it but I did one mistake, I put the bottom hanch spring upside down so door would not close properly, then I realized, I opened it again and put it back on correct way. I am glad I did it. It works perfect now. Thanks appliance parts pros.
