How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4141349 / DA61-03230B Refrigerator French Door Hinge

Ordered the part, watched a 3 minute video online, took 10 minutes to replace the hinge. All like new now. Thank you for the help and guidance. Much appreciated! 

Easily found the parts I needed on the AppliancePartsPros website also found instructions on how to install the hinges. The parts arrived in three days, hinges were installed in less than an hour, can't ask for better than that. 

Removed the hinge and reinstalled with new parts. The next part about the whole process is that after my order was lost by the shipper, AppliancePartsPros made it right and immediately shipped another order which did arrive. Thank you guys for doing business the right way. Things like that don't go unnoticed and I appreciate it! 

Watched your video on YouTube. Installed the spring and sleeve. Ordered the hinge as well but did not need to use it.

Checked out the videos on your website and determined that we need a "French door Hinge" and ordered it, which came within a day. We then followed your how-to video and it worked like a charm. Saved us several hundred dollars in repairs. Thank you for making the video and helping us identify the part we needed. It was great and relatively fast considering we had been closing the door manually for about a month or two. Thanks! 

Super quick and without issue. After living with the left door flap on the fridge having to be put in the track manually for over a year, I discovered this site. I watched the video when I ordered the part and didn’t have to watch it again when the parts came. Perfectly simple, step by step instructions. 

I ordered the part and then followed the video. I had a nice young man watch the video with me and with both of us we conquered the challenge! It was a bit tricky, the video and my refrigerator were not exactly alike, but with his help we figured it out 

Watched the Youtube video from these guys, ordered the parts, received them in just a couple of days, and installed myself - total cost about $20. Definitely a win-win for us! Didn’t have to wait days to schedule a repairperson, hoped that they had the parts needed, avoided a second visit and BEST OF ALL saved potentially $150 for the house calls, plus parts, and didn’t have to wait possibly weeks! 

This is the 3rd time I have had to fix this entirely-under-designed feature of the Samsung refrigerator - or maybe the design intent is to offer the replacement industry traffic. At any rate, I ordered 2 sets of these, knowing this will not be the last time. But, just make sure that you orient the spring correctly, paint the little sleeve red or something because if (when) you drop it, you will at least have a chance to spot it under the refrigerator where all small items move just prior to entering the black hole of the never-to-be seen-again world.
