How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4203162 / DC62-00201A Dryer Gas Valve

Ordered the dryer gas valve and installed it. 

Tested the gas valve orifice for leaks with soapy water. The orifice where gas comes out had a small leak and would slowly make a large bubble. Ordered a new new gas valve and repaired it using the repair video. Also replaced the belt that had a tear in it. Check the belt closely, it's hard to see the tear! Parts prices beat any price I could get locally. 

My Samsung dryer wasn't heating properly. I found that it had a very weak flame. A little background research said that I needed to change the automatic gas valve in the unit. I ordered the part from appliance part pros and swapped it out in ten minutes start to finish using the instructional video posted on the part website (Note: I already knew how to take the dryer apart from previous experience and it is stacked on my washer so I didn't have to remove the drum so it went a bit quicker than in the video). The new valve worked like a charm and the dryer is fully operational again. 

Replaced the gas valve assembly. 

Watched your video, bought the gas valve, and installed using the video. 

Still waiting for the rest of my parts to arrive.
