Zig, the LP kit DC99-00792A can be switched over to a new gas valve by unscrewing the limiter and the orifice, then moving them over to the new valve.

Wendee, unfortunately, the manufacturer does not list the natural gas orifice separately from the gas valve DC62-00201A. Aside from this, nothing else would be necessary aside from adjusting the air shutter on the burner to 3/4 open.

Marty, it would be recommended that the dryer ventilation, to include what runs to the outside of the house, is cleared as a clogged vent is the most common cause of this failure. If the vent has been cleared, the main control DC92-00669Y would be the cause of failure if the flame turns off with the dryer.

Brix, we would not know as to specifically why the manufacturer has designed this valve with three coils aside from as a possible extra safety measure. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not list the solenoids as being available separately from the gas valve DC62-00201B.

Attila, Before purchasing the coils try to unhook the exhaust line behind the dryer and try running the unit like that for a couple of minutes and see if anything changes. If you still have the unit shutting the flame off then replace the set of coils. And yes, the manufacturer does not list the option to only buy the coils, therefore, we are unable to suggest otherwise.DC62-00201A

Jack, With the unit making a loud pop then yes this would most likely be the gas valve is it is occurring when the burner lights.
