Replaced the old oven control board with this one, and it's now working great. The old one had gradually faded to become unreadable, but the oven still functioned fine. Be careful with the ribbon cable, as the connector does not come off the circuit board as with most computer hardware; instead the ribbon releases from the connector with a small catch on each end of the connector, and comes out bare.
Very easy fix, once I figured out which screws to remove (and spent 15-20 minutes cleaning out years of grease around the now-exposed edges ;-) )
