Biff P Hudson , NC January 03, 2016 We had notice that the last couple times that the dishes weren't clean and wasn't dryingwhen i look at the touchpad and tried to change the setting none of the buttons would work I pulled the touchpad cover off check the switches on the door latch to make sure they were good. I then pulled the cover off the control panel and check the fuse in it. the only thing else I thought it could be was the control panelI. I called appliance parts Pro and told them what it was doing and they said it sounded like the control panel went bad they sent me a new one in about 3 days at about $30 cheaper then my parts store here and told me the part was guaranteedI put the control panel in and it's been working great ever since,my wife thought I was so smart I didn't tell her that the appliance parts pros told me what was wrong with it. Janet S Antioch , IL November 24, 2014 Cycle would stop after 20mins and clean light was flashing in intervals of 7 First tried a new heat element.... that didn't solve the problem. After more research online we decided it most likely was the control board. Followed the video to replace the control board and thankfully Appliance Parts Pros automatically included the fuse with the control board because it was very obvious that both were damaged once we opened things up. Replaced both and the dw works like a champ again!! Thanks for including that fuse "thing" otherwise we would have had to order again and been w/out a fix for a few more days. Read More...
