Ed H Hillsboro , OH March 08, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Dishwasher GU2400XTPQ6 Our unit was dead would not run or light up any control We had a repair man come and inspect the unit (Independent). He said he would get the part and get back with us. Almost 8 weeks past, with many calls to the service for an update. So I ordered the part he said was bad, the control board. He did not check the fuse. I ordered the fuse, the new board worked. I removed the new and replaced the old control board. Everything is fine. Thus, I am returning the board. The suggestion to replace the fuse came from your on line tech. He saved me $180, I'm so grateful. AppliancePartPros.com made it so easy. The online videos are spot on. The returning of the control board was icing on the cake. Great service!! Even waiting for the second order, the fuse, I was done and it was running in a week. Read More...
