I went on AppliancePartsPros.com website, found my washer model and searched for the part that was broken. I watched the video on how to repair it and decided that i could do it myself and ordered the part. The part came within two days and I was able to fix it in less than 15 minutes and saved myself a service call and time waiting for someone to come and do it for me. IT was a great experience.
