Ordered a new tensioner pulley, 2 washers, and an e-clip. Removed the dryer door (2 screws) and the entire front fascia (2 more screws). The remains of the old pulley pretty much just crumbled off the shaft. Installed in order...new washer, pulley, washer, and e-clip on the shaft. Then re-threaded the belt..Presto! Back in business. Also, while it was apart cleaned out all the dust/lint I could see from the innards. I was kind of surprised how simple the inner-workings are once I opened it up. The exploded drawing on your site made it pretty easy to diagnose, order the necessary parts to fix, and to show in which order they needed to be installed. It boiled down to either spend $30 including shipping and less than an hour of time, or $300 for a new dryer? Kind of a no-brainer for me. It took more time cleaning/removing dust and lint from the guts than the actual repair did. This is the second time I've ordered from you. The first was to replace the drum/carrier rollers.
