Harry J Redwood Falls , MN June 12, 2014 Appliance: Jenn-Air Freestanding-Double Oven-Dual Fuel JDR8895AAS The lower heating element in the upper oven of our jennaire dual fuel kitchen range was not heating i determined the fault by using an infrared temperature reader after turning the oven on I called the local small town appliance repair man for a service call and he said he'd be out. He didn't show so called again and he said he'd be out tomorrow. He never showed. I went to your website and found the part and placed an order.
