How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010745 / WP715269 Bake Element (Lower Oven)

Tried to get a part 3 days before Christmas at my local appliance parts store, but they said they would need to order it and it would take several days, probably after Christmas. I logged on to AppliancePartsPros.com and they had the part in stock at a much better price, so I ordered it with 3 - 5 day delivery thinking the delivery couldn't be any worse than my local retailer. The part came the next day, just before Christmas. My wife's cooking and baking problem was solved with the right part delivered early at a great price. I replaced the defective bake element; hardest part of the job was getting old screws to come out. The piece seems to work fine. 

I bought a replacement part from appliance parts pros.com unscrewed the damaged one The way it showed on YouTube. Put in the brand new one with no problem. It works great. 

I ordered the part watched the video on line that your web site provided and it was easy. 

Ordered new bake element, didn't get hot, ckecked wiring and found one of the bake element wire broken, repaired wire, now working fine
