How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6011444 / WP77001094 Oven Bake Element

I ordered the oven heating element. I was able to tell my husband I couldn't make dinners and had to order take out.But that didn't last long, because you sent the element so quickly I was back to cooking again in no time. Thanks a lot, not. Ha! Ha! 

First I called 3 local appliance repair businesses and gave them my model/part information. They all said they would return my call the next day. After 3 days of no returned calls, I watched a video on You Tube created by Appliance Parts Pro on how to replace the heating element in an oven. It was a great video and I knew I could do this myself, so ordered my part on the Appliance Parts Pro website. I placed my order after 5pm cst and received my new element Saturday morning around 10am. It took me about 10 minutes to change out the element after getting the tools together I needed. Today is one week after I called the repair businesses, not one of them has returned my call as of yet. Thanks Appliance Parts Pro for your excellent videos and service. Highly recommended!

I ordered a replacement baking element from ApplicancePartsPros.com and it arrived the NEXT day! It was a simple repair made simpler by viewing the video they have showing exactly how to do it. This is the second appliance they helped me fix. 

We ordered a heating element from Appliance Parts Pro and installed it ourselves. 

I replaced the heating element with the one received from AppliancePartsPros.com. The part was an exact fit and worked perfectly. The repair was finished in 10 min. I then removed the control board and removed the Mylar overlay. This only took 5 min. since there are 8 screws to remove and the overlay applies with double face tape. It looks great! 

Myself. Had looked briefly at the video to confirm how easy it was. Removed door and racks. Unscrewed and disconnected old, put in new. 

I found my model & serial number on the oven after pulling out the lower pan drawer.Then I went online looking for videos on how to replace the element. AppliancePartsPros.com came up with a video. There is a really helpful compatibility tool where you enter your model number and it will let you know if you are ordering the correct replacement.
