Josephine B Albany , NY April 04, 2014 Appliance: Model GWH9400PLO Hinge worn allowed door to wobble - allowed door to leak slightly-corroding screws and hinge. Hinge was cut in several places with electric cut off wheel. 5 Screws that were corroded and could not be removed with torx driver were spun out with piece of hinge they passed through. Screws were actually corroded to the hinge not the washer wall they went into. Vise grips grabbed the pieces easily. Leaving no damage to the washer wall they passed through. Biggest problem was finding replacement screws for ones that were unusable. Hinge does not come with any. Read More...
