1. Went on line and googled fridge door shelf, found apliancepartspros.com, found the "How to find the model number" button and clicked on it (never knew how easy it was to get the model number off of a fridge)
Without that feature I would have ended up moving the fridge out and looking on the back of it.
2. Looked for the shelf and within 5 minutes from the time I googled the shelf I found the part and ordered it.
3. Arrived in the mail 3 days later and had it out of the wrapper and shelf back on the door in about 5 minutes as well. (it took longer to unwrap the part than it took to install it on the shelf.
NOTE: You must find something to wedge in the cavity where the shelf hook goes to hold it in place so you can reinstall the rivet.
NOTE NOTE: The rivet is reusable if it was no broken when the hook broke. Just push the rivet pin all the way through to the inside of the cavity where the hook goes.
4. Great experience from the time I googled to the moment I re-hung the shelf on the door, my wife is HAPPY :) and all in less than a week and much cheaper than a repair-man
5. I will use appliancepartspros.com again if the need arises.
