How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4359694 / W10190935 Ice Maker Control Module

Replaced motor control module. It fixed the problem. Had to get the frozen ice out of the ice tray before it worked. The motor could not turn until I removed the frozen ice from tray. Recieved my control motor in a timely manner. Thanks 

Replaced ice maker control module 

R&R'ed the ice maker control module I found on appliancepartspros.com. I've ordered before and found using the site extremely easy to use. Was without ice for only one day, shipping was super "FAST" and that was using ground mode. I will always come back to this site for all my appliance parts. I've checked others and appliance-parts-pros has always the best prices. 

I knew nothing about repairing an ice maker. Read things on the web, performed some tests, and came to the conclusion the motor assembly was shot. Was odd, because if I would remove and install the old one it would work for 2-3 cycles then stop again. Finally ordered and installed the replacement and we are back in business. Making ice like crazy. Not sure why I waited so long...... thing had been broken since last summer. Was my first order with AppliancePartsPros and had the new part the day after I ordered it, with standard shipping. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Very pleased with the service!! 

I determined the problem was either with the motor and module assembly or water/ice water flow splitter. Did quick analysis on line and ordered the motor/module assembly. Part arrived quickly and I followed the directions to replace as seen on on-line video by Appliance Part Pros. Quick and easy...had ice dropping into bucket within a couple of hours. 

Ordered a new control module and then looked how the tray was losing its covering, I just ordered a whole new ice maker 

Ordered and replaced the icemaker control board. Followed video instructions from your website

Replaced controller
