Marc R Emerald Hills , CA February 13, 2025 Broken shoe in cooktop burner terminal block (after 37 years of use) Replaced wire harness that is terminated in a contact-shoe in one of the two terminal blocks in the cooktop. Also replaced cracked burner-indicator lights as cooktop was disassembled to affect the terminal-block repair. All replacement parts fit properly and worked well. The greatest amount of time was disassembling and re-assembling the cooktop. Replacing the wire harness took less than 5 minutes once the range top was disassembled to allow access to the terminal block. Read More...
