How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010400 / WP67004151 Dispenser Overlay

Replaced fountain panel and selection insert. 

Replacing the cover was very easy all though pealing off the old one required more effort and cleanup than I expected but this product fit perfectly. Replacing the drip tray did not go well as I ordered the wrong one I guess, so I am still trying to find one that fits. This one did not. 

Correct parts installed, items working properly. 

Replace Façade. 

I bought a new control board and front cover very easy to replace everything fit like new

Installed the face plate 

It was a pretty simple job used a hair dryer to peel the old one off and putting the new one on was easy. 

It was very easy to fix. We took off the old insert, but had to deal with the left over adhesive. We used a combination of Iso Alcohol and a plastic putty knife to remove all of iit. The replacement was very easy, I took the backer off, and stuck it on, being careful to line it up correctly
