How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008102 / WP3362625 Washer Timer Knob

Unscrewed the left part on the washer, replaced with new one... (really tough- ha ha) I was just so excited to find I could order the part so simply and fix the washer without buying a new one... It was difficult to turn on without the knob. This is probably 4th item I have ordered from Appliance Parts Pros and just want to say, THANK YOU! 

I still had the owners manual and I put in the number of the knob.The right part came right up with a new design with metal threads. I bought the part and it shipped the next day and I received it two days later Great service !!!

I purchased the knob via email on Thursday night at 9pm and the new knob arrived at 10am Saturday morning! It was perfect and I was thrilled with the quick delivery for regular shipping costs. Replaced the knob 

Ordered part...came in 2 days...simply screwed on after removing broken piece that was still attached by hand...new metal backed knob will probably last forever...old one was plastic backed..always turn your knob clockwise. I love AppPartsPro. Thanks !!! 

Ordered a new knob 

I ordered new knob from APP and as usual it arrived within 2 business days(standard ground). Just had to spin it on by hand. Every order I've placed with APP has been very quick and simple, website is so easy to navigate even a moron like myself can find what I need? Wouldn't go anywhere else for parts!
