How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010947 / WP74006515 Screw

Ordered new handle from Appliance Parts Pro and replaced with the new handle. 

My advice? Get husband out of the way, then watch a video and it will be fixed in no time! And you don't have to stand there handing him parts! 

Ordered a new one and replaced it, 

Just had to remove a few screws and replaced easily. Even had time clean the interior glass. Looks like new. Perfect match. 

It was a 2 person job. Went well. Thought that I was buying 2 screw but only 1 came in the pack. 

Installed a new door handle. 

Took door off range, undid screws and replace handle and put door back together again. 

Replaced the upper handle. Removed the upper oven surface, cleaned and replaced the left front element. All parts came on time and were easy to replace. Saved me 100's of dollars from an appliance pro. Appliance Parts Pros will be where I shop for parts first. 

Was able to locate the needed part on your website. Watched a video on YouTube on how to replace the handle on the Maytag range. Because we were able to fix the problem, we will keep the 15 year old range for a while before replacement is needed. 

Ordered handle and screws from Appliance parts pro. watched video on youtube. The simple fix took 15 minutes. I would suggest checking videos and taking the door off the oven, made so much easier.
