How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3775842 / 8193983 Spinner Kit

Followed video that covered the part replacement. Although my dishwasher model did not fit the video exactly it was a good guide for replacing the spinner. 

Replaced the upper and lower spray arm and also the top spinner. All items easily replaced in 30 minutes. Dishwasher is performing better! 

There was no water coming out from the 3rd level (top small) spinner and all the dishes were dirty and greasy. After reading customer comments and viewing the great installation videos for the spinner and food chopper, I decided to order both of them (just in case it wasn’t the spinner). When the parts arrives, I was just going to replace the spinner and “test it out”, but man was I happy to replace both! Thanks to the great videos AppliancePartsPros.com has, I was able to access the chopper and it was DISGUSTING! So much waste stuck on it no wonder water wasn’t coming out. In fact, there was standing water in the sump area. I wish I could share pictures! Wow! I’ll be taking the dishwasher apart from time to time for maintenance after seeing how dirty these machines can get over time. 

Having never fixed an appliance in my 74 years. The video was extremely helpful. It was easy to understand and relatively easy to do the actual repair.
