James G Lynden , WA May 16, 2016 Dishwasher was leaking from door I called to ask about the correct gasket for the door. As VERY helpful lady suggested that it was probably a split arm spray. She was absolutely correct. I have used you web site for parts in the past and will always make it my first stop when ordering appliance parts. Tom D Edmond , OK August 05, 2014 The wash spinner on the ceiling/top of the dishwasher was knocked loose At first attempt, I tried reattaching the wash spinner myself without any instruction. I felt as though I was contorting my body to reach inside the dishwasher to where the spinner attaches. After several unsuccessfull attempts, I finally gave up and began searching online for some assistance. I found your website very quickly and then finding and ordering the part was a breeze. To top it all off......I even did some price comparison from other online vendors and found your prices the most reasonable. Their websites were much more difficult to navigate. After watching your how-to video, I learned that the repair was really quite simple. I learned not only how to remove the parts needed to make the repair (only two screws invlolved) but also how to remove the top rack (which was also embarrasingly simple) to better access the repair. No more body contorsions! The repair took maybe 5 minutes. It is incredible how you have it all......lowest price parts, easy to navigate website for finding the parts, and excellent how-to videos. You now have one very devoted customer! Read More... 46 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers

Dave P Bartlett , IL September 12, 2017 Very loud noise while operating. My Kenmore dishwasher was making a very loud noise when in operation that was getting progressively worse as time went on. I determined it was the main pump motor. I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros and paid the extra $3 for next day shipping. As promised it showed up the next day! I watched the video and replaced the part. Easy peasy! Literally the hardest part was removing the dishwasher from the cabinet. Setting the new motor assembly was a little difficult too, but fallow the directions on the video and it will go in just fine. While I had the dishwasher out, I replaced the drain hose as well just for precaution. My water supply line was in good condition, so I didn't replace it at this time. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace is as well. Put everything back together and my dishwasher is nice and quiet again! Thanks Appiance Parts Pros! Oh by the way, APP was $40 cheaper the Sears. Plus shipping was cheaper too.
