Herb M Karthaus , PA October 13, 2014 Appliance: Jenn-Air Self Cleaning Slide-In Downdraft Electric Range SVE47500B Jenn air downdraft slide in stove/oven oven quit heating consistently would work on occasion ! No local repair persons would tackle the jo. I checked all electrical contacts, voltages, etc, no problems. Contacted Appliancepartspros and discussed problem. they recommended new control board, power relay board,downdraft fan board, and high limit switch AFTER I had installed an oven temp sensor. Process of elimination with new parts FINALLY isolated the problem. Now working fine with ability to return not needed parts.Nadene Freeman was very helpful throughout the time consuming, while cooking meals in an electric frying pan, process Very good service and tech support.
