As a recent widow who relied on my husband or repairmen to fix things, I am pretty proud of myself. I first watched several You Tubes that showed how to do the repair, and one referenced your company as a source for parts. The part arrived promptly once ordered. I attempted to remove the control panel from the dryer as shown. The Maytags are constructed differently than any of the previous videos I watched, so I had to narrow the search specifically for that brand. There was one video that did show how to remove the Maytag panel. It was pretty easy to do. Once I had removed the panel, I was able to remove the old part and install the new one in no time! Most of my time was spent searching You Tube, but it was worth avoiding the high cost of repair.
