I followed the procedure described in your video 

The new timer I installed so far has worked. More usage is still necessary before I say that I evewrything is working. The video was right on and helped to make the installation easier. 

I ordered a replacement part on your website on Monday afternoon at 2:00PM and it was delivered Tuesday at 10:46 AM. I got home that evening after work and installed the part in less than half an hour. Even though I knew how to replace the part, I watched the convenient video available on your website via a link on my invoice just to be sure I knew how to complete the repair. Basically, this is a repair that would cost $250 or so for a repairman to do, but it literally involves removing a few screws, unplugging the old timer, plugging in the new timer and replacing the screws. It's just that easy! Your price on the part was $25 below the price on the Maytag website and the $7 shipping charge was a bargain. I will always go to your site first thing in the future! 

We paid for a repairman to come and look at our dryer. He gave us a very high estimate to fix it saying it was the timer that needed replaced. He was going to have to order the part and it would take about a week to get it in. I told him no and then found the part at AppliancePartsPros.com. The part was less expensive too. I ordered the part on Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning. In less than 24 hours I had it put together and working! Very easy to do. 

I checked the forums and videos on AppliancePartsPros first. 95% chance it was the timer, so I ordered the part and watched the installation video. Fast delivery, and a very simple process - just some screws and push-on wire connections to do. The only glitch was that I mistakenly put the old timer back in on the first attempt (the replacement part was completely identical, except for some lint!) 

I received the new part in a couple of days, installed it easily in about 25 minutes. The dryer now works great again.

After receiving a recommendation for the proper part, I watched the video for installing a new timer! The instruction video was fabulous! I was able to install the new timer in less than 30 minutes! SO excited when I pushed the start button and the dryer started running! THANK YOU! 

Very easy replacement......took 10 minutes. The 10 minutes includes the time it took to sweep the area behind the drier:)
