It was as easy as shown in the video. I pulled the dryer away from the wall, removed the 6 screws behind the control panel, removed the knob from the timer and then removed the 2 screws holding the timer in place. Then I removed the wires one by one from the old timer and put onto the new one. Then I put the timer back in the same way I removed it, with the 2 screws. The timer had 2 little 'nubs' that you use to align it in place. Then I replaced the control panel backing with the six screws and replaced the front knob. The entire repair took maybe 10 minutes, the hardest part was moving the dryer.
