Rusty inner tub on washer also needed new timer

Replaced drive block and inner tub, also replaced timer. Watched a few videos online to understand procedures.

The selector / timer switch would not operate on all cycle selections

Ordered a new selector / timer switch and watched a video on how to remove and replace . The selector switch was delivered in 3 days and with the help of the video I had it installed in about 3 hrs. The washer is working perfectly.

My washer wouldn't run through the cycles the dial would hang up and stop

I went to the Appliance Pros web site and watched the repair video. Before ordering the part I made sure that I could remove my existing timer without difficulty. I saw that I could take the old part out, so thought it would be easy to put the new part in. I ordered it. It arrived in just two days without special shipping. I replaced the part. It wasn't quite as easy as I had hoped, it never is! But, it took less than 30 minutes. Now the washer works great again.
