Washer did not have to be moved for repair. Two screws that were removed allowed access to timer behind control panel. Timer removed with two additional screws. Timer connected via two polarized plugs making disconnecting old and reconnecting new timer easy and mistake proof. Total time to do repair was less than ten minutes. Website very easy to use as I usually have to call a company's customer service for help or information, and in this case was able to complete transaction without calling.
