Hi! First time customer, and first repair on an appliance. I am a 40 something housewife.(just putting that out there) I first just googled my problem with the washer, not advancing to next cycle. and found your youtube video, and after watching it I felt confident I could make the repair, but they always make it look so simple. So I tried and got to the point where you remove the knob, and mine, of course, was different. From there I checked out the web site to check for a different video and I found the forum located a similar query, that referred to check the model diagram. Did so and there was the diagram of my knob! :D After I took it apart and made sure I felt comfortable, I logged back on and made my purchase. I didn't request next day or even 2 day delivery but I received on the 2nd day, before lunch. and the tracking was helpful too! I replaced the timer and put everything back together within 5 minutes. Then proceeded to walk around like a banty rooster. :D Thank you for the video, the forum, great prices, fast shipping and the confidence to make my own repairs. I will be a return customer and I sing your praises to all that will listen. :D
