As per on line instructions. Very easy easy to remove and replace old part. Part was shipped immediately and received within two days!

Our washing machine would not advance thru the cycles

First watched a U-tube video and found out that we didn't even have to take the back off of the machine. Simple repair after that.

Appliance: Kenmore Washer 11020712990

Washer would agitate through the entire cycle without stopping to drain rinse or spin

Replaced the timer with a new one from Appliance Parts Pros. Unplugged the washer, removed timer knob by pushing it it and turning counterclockwise, slid off indicator dial, removed the two screws holding the timer, removed screws holding control panel then flipped it to access the timer, unplugged the wiring harness from the timer, removed it and plugged the wiring harness into the new timer, flipped the control panel and screwed in the new timer, replaced control panel screws, replaced the timer indicator and screwed on the knob, plugged the washer in and I was good to go.
