Jerry W Paris , TX September 17, 2016 Appliance: Kenmore Washer 11020722990 Washing macmachine would not spin after rinse cycle whithout raising the lid or turning the machine off and back on Got help from the internet to diagnose the problem. Seens that the neutral drain part of the transmission will not shift to spin unless there is a pause after draining. Thought the problem might be in the transmission but found the timer wasn;t allowing a pause after draining.therefore the machine would not spin. Replaced the timer and problem was solved.
