Edward B Florence , AZ March 24, 2020 No hot water in wash cycle. Looking at what would cause no hot water. I decided the most likely problem, would be the water valves. These are electric controlled. AppliancePartsPros had the part and the price was very competitive. They said it would be same-day shipping so I ordered from them. They shipped on time and it was delivered as promised. The part was exactly what it should have been and worked as it should. This is like most of these repairs, it will be easier the second time. I removed more than was required but still got the job done in under an hour. Next time it would be 30 mins. Ronnie P Hickory , MS March 15, 2020 Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL WTW4816FW2 Washer had no cold water coming into the tub. Found black rubber trash in the screen inside the blue inlet connector. Removed screen and cleaned it. Replaced hoses. Still no water. Removed the water valve and took the screen back out. There was another screen behind that one. Cleaned it. Still did not resolve the issue. Ordered new water inlet valve from Appliance Parts Pros. Replace the valve. Problem solved. (Used putty knife to slide under the control panel on each end to release the clips. Learned this trick after taking the back panel off to no avail and then watching Utube.)
