I put my washing machine Model# and serial# along with the problem into Google. Up came the possible problem picture. I determined that the picture did in fact show me where the water was leaking. There also was a you tube video on how to fix it. The video showed me how to take the broken part off, which I did and then I ordered the part the picture showed me. When it arrived I pulled up the You Tube Video again, followed the instructions and then it worked perfect. I had to make a trip to the hardware store because it ended up I didn’t have or know what a hex screw was. Being 73 years old, one would think I’d know that.
