I am thrilled that AppliancePartsPros empowered me to fix my washing machine and stave off an expensive purchase! A friend who repairs domestic machines felt that it might be more cost effective to put repair money toward a new machine, especially since the 14 year old foreign machine's model number was missing (panel switched out with prior repair) so could be difficult to find right part. Decided I had nothing to lose checking it out myself since option was to throw machine away. Discovered how to remove pump (surprisingly easy!) and found enough numbers on part that AppliancePartsPros was able to tell me which part I needed. Their video taught me how to switch it out (again, surprisingly easy!) and the part arrived the NEXT day (selected the 2-3 day shipping method). The only thing that made the repair difficult was working through the 6" circular panel on my model. Thank you for your great service!
