My washer kept stopping mid- cycle and beeping all day long, it kept flashing E-43, I looked up the code in the manual and it said "control board error". I ran all the diagnostics to reset it, but the washer continued stopping and beeping. I ordered the " control board" from this website. My washer is 6/7 years, the model was discontinued, but this website has a great feature, you can use the model # of your appliance to see if the part is compatible. Ordered the part it arrived in 3 days. I was able to change out the control board on my own in about 20 mins with 2 screwdrivers a phillips and a flat( to pop off the front facing and some parts of control board). It is self explanatory, I did use my phone to take pictures of the wiring so I knew where to plug it in. I'm not an electrician, but my washer is working like new. It has been one week. My washer is a front load frigidaire High efficiency.
