No code was displayed on my unit so I had to figure out the issue. After cleaning out the filter, my machine still would not spin. While it filled and drained fine, the basin would not spin. I removed the belt from the back and the basin spun freely. The shaft on the motor was locked in place, so I knew the motor was my problem. I went on the hunt for the part and at 11:30p, I was chatting with a rep (FANTASTIC customer service) who confirmed it was my motor and provided me the link to the correct part. I ordered the motor and had it the next business day. The motor was a simple repair! It took me less than 10 minutes to get the old motor out and the new one in. The belt was tricky but after 10 minutes I got it back on too. Incredibly easy repair! - SAHM of two
