Terri M Topton , NC May 09, 2020 The agitator and agitator hub were broken. I ordered the parts for my 20 year old washing machine. They arrived in a rural area in 2 days. Very impressive. My husband fixed the agitator hub and put the new agitator on and now I don't have to buy a new one. Yeah. They provide a specific video to the repair which we did watch and I could have done the repair except for the elbow grease that was needed to pry off the old hub. They made is so easy and best of all QUICK DELIVERY.
